Eclectic Paperie founders Daisy Sparks and Joy Kennedy have been paper crafting for many years. They are both out of the box crafters and always on the hunt for unusual and different techniques, supplies, and ideas. It was out of their love of eclectic crafting that Eclectic Paperie was born. Daisy worked in Disneyland retail for years and Joy is an internet guru. Combining these skills with their love of stamping, scrapbooking, and paper crafting, success was inevitable. The business is based on two simple principles:

1. Search out and find high quality, unique and eclectic products,supplies, tools, and materials and provide you a one stop location to unleash your imagination.
2. Provide the best customer service to every customer, on every order, every day.

At Eclectic Paperie we don't wear suits and answer to stock holders. We spend our time canvassing the internet for new and creative ideas for you. This store is run by crafters for crafters.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Your order is subject to acceptance by Eclectic Paperie and may be refused for any reason, including credit concerns, unusual volumes, past incidents, or shipping addresses. You will see your order total, including tax, before you submit your order for processing. Shipping charges, will be calculated once your order has been processed. Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal as methods of payment.

You will not be charged until your order is processed. Your credit card or PayPal payment will remain in "pending" status until we actually "capture" and process your order.


SHIPPING INFORMATION
At this time, we are only able to accept on-line orders from customers located in the United States.

Most orders are shipped within 3 to 5 days of ordering. If there is a significant ordering delay, you will be contacted via email. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not ship until Monday or Tuesday.

We love being able to bring our customers fantastic new products. We love having a wide variety of products to offer you-- over 2,000 to choose from. However, filling orders from all of these products is not easy. We don't have the shipping resources that you get with Amazon or other online retailers. Instead Joy and Daisy (and Daisy's kids and husband and anyone else we can get to help) spend their time pulling orders and hand packing each package for our customers. We can't promise you the fastest shipping times (although we are always trying to find ways to make it faster), but we can promise your package will be picked and shipped with love. We also don't charge any handling fee. We only charge the actual shipping costs.

At times we can get very busy and sheer volume is our challenge. We appreciate your understanding in knowing that we are doing our best to get your orders out in a timely manner. We know that you want to play with your papers and stamps as soon as possible.


SHIPPING COST BY WEIGHT
Our shipping is calculated based on the weight of the product. We have tried to be as exact as possible and will never deliberately charge more that the actual cost of shipping. We do not have any handling fees. We do pay close attention to the shipping costs when orders come through and will, on occasion make manual adjustments (to your favor) if we think the package can be shipped at a better, cheaper or more efficient way.

Here at eclectic Paperie, we do our best to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. Orders are evaluated after being packed for the most economical method. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within the US.


QUALITY ASSURANCE & RETURN POLICY
All orders are inspected and checked before shipment to insure accuracy and that the product is in excellent condition.

All unused, unopened items in new, sellable condition are accepted as returns within 30 days for a credit or exchange. All returns must be in original packaging and contain all items provided with the product. The product must be returned within 30 days of original order for a full credit. No shipping charges will be refunded.

If for some reason your item is defective, we will gladly accept the item returned within 30 days for a credit or exchange.


ADD-ONS OR CANCELLATIONS ON ORDERS
Please take your time while shopping. Add-ons to orders are not possible - a new order must be placed through the cart - this is the best way for us to provide you excellent service and maintain an accurate inventory. If you need to cancel an item from an order, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand sometimes it is necessary, however we need to manually do it and then manually update the inventory on the cart on the site - so please take your time while shopping first - it is much appreciated!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you collect Sales Tax?
Eclectic Paperie collects and remits sales tax, where applicable, on all orders based on shopping method selected and location.

Backorder & Out-of-Stock Items
Our shopping cart maintains live inventory so we do not backorder items(with the exception of some Copic Markers). Please contact us in regards to an out of stock item of interest to you. Or email us and let us know so we can be sure to order it soon! Should an item actually be out-of-stock or on backorder, we may adjust your order.

Do you ship internationally?
Eclectic Paperie currently only ships within the United States and not to any international locations.


Do I need a PayPal account to place an order

eclectic Paperie uses PayPal as our credit card merchant to PayPal handles all of our credit card transactions. You do not need to have a PayPal account nor do you have to log in to PayPal to pay with a credit card. If eclectic Paperie had used Discover or American Express to process credit card transaction, than you would have received an email confirmation with those logos/letterhead even though you may not have an account with them.


Why is my order still "pending"?

Your payment will not be "captured" until we process and finalize your order. Until then, your payment remains in "pending" status.
