SHIPPING INFORMATION
eclectic Paperie ships to all of the United States, U.S. Territories, Military P.O. Addresses, Canada, from customers located in the United States.
Most orders are shipped within 3 to 5 BUSINESS days of ordering via Priority Mail with the United States Postal Service(USPS). If there is a significant ordering delay, you will be contacted via email.
We love being able to bring our customers fantastic new products. We love having a wide variety of products to offer you-- over 2,000 to choose from. However, filling orders from all of these products is not easy. We don't have the shipping resources that you get with Amazon or other online retailers. Instead Daisy (and her kids and husband and anyone else we can get to help) spend their time pulling orders and hand packing each package for our customers. We can't promise you the fastest shipping times (although we are always trying to find ways to make it faster), but we can promise your package will be picked and shipped with love. We only charge the actual shipping costs.
At times we can get very busy and sheer volume is our challenge. We appreciate your understanding in knowing that we are doing our best to get your orders out in a timely manner. We know that you want to play with your papers and stamps as soon as possible.
SHIPPING COST BY WEIGHT
Our shipping is calculated based on the weight of the product. We have tried to be as exact as possible and will never deliberately charge more that the actual cost of shipping. We do not have any handling fees. We do pay close attention to the shipping costs when orders come through and will, on occasion make MANUAL adjustments (to your favor) if we think the package can be shipped at a better, cheaper or more efficient way. This may include being able to put your order safely in a proper Flat Rate Priority Box.

International shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the total package including the box, and the distance the package has to travel to it's final destination. Shipping fees are not calculated based on the value or quantity of the items in the order.
If we can safely pack your order in the appropriate Flat Rate Package, then we will adjust your shipping charges. All packages over 4 lbs must be shipped International Priority Mail as dictated by USPS.
You may be responsible for any applicable import taxes & fees. All orders will be marked "scrapbook products" with the appropriate value on the package. This must be done in compliance with USPS legal and insured packages guidelines.
*** PLEASE NOTE: Because the United States Postal Service(USPS) does not offer tracking or delivery confirmation services for international deliveries, eclectic Paperie cannot not be responsible for lost or delayed packages. Please contact global@eclecticpaperie.com if your package does not arrive within 60 days.
